The role of PCO The Office was the winner of the tender procedure called by PromoTurismoFVG and was appointed as official Professional Conference Organizer of BSBF2024. The PCO, in collaboration with and under the supervision of PromoTurismoFVG, took care of the planning, design, and logistical coordination phases of the event, with particular reference to: • Promotion, communication, and visual identity • Website and registration platform • Social events • Suppliers, including the venue and audiovisuals • Sponsors and exhibitors • Budget updates • Hotel reservations and speaker/guest hospitality management • Reception services during the event The following chapters will provide detailed descriptions of the assigned activities, to which additional services were added as needed during the organization of the event.
